Having a correct work/rest balance, not having enough sleep and rest will cause tons of stress, and thus associate inability of our bodies to perform well. Whereas work is vital, one should not ignore the importance of adequate rest, our body may not reach its best even when we wish to accomplish much and thus, demanding our body to operate a lot more, the truth remains your body will never give you enough if you haven't given it enough rest, trying to ignore this may result in sicknee thereby forcing your body to brake down.
Our body is like an engine, for your engine to serve you well, you must take good care of it, so that it can function well.
This amoung others is a few things to do in order for your to function properly.
• Live Healthy, eat healthy foods, get enough sleep, exercise regularly, and avoid drugs and alcohol. Manage stress and go for regular medical check-ups.
• Take enough water, Make sure you drink enough water every day. On average, the flesh consists of water and billions of our cells ought to have enough water to measure up. It is also necessary to make sure that you drink very clean water as water can be very harmful to our body if it's contaminated. Don't necessarily drink water because you're thirsty, being thirsty is your body way of telling you it's overdue for water. Try as much as you can to drink up for 5liters of water daily.
• Try to do something you enjoy every day. That might mean dancing, watching a favorite TV show, working in the garden, painting or reading. Find ways to relax, like meditation, yoga, getting a massage, taking a bath or walking in the woods.
• Take time to meditate meditations do not just feed your body but also nourishes your soul thereby putting your Spirit, soul and body in harmony.
